Unfortunately, when you update plugins, occasionally things can break. There may be an incompatibility between one plugin and another, there may just be a bug in your shiny new version of a plugin, or a modification to a plugin can cause things to just not look quite right on the front end of your website.
If you are updating everything yourself, issues like these can be a real headache. We can take care of these updates for you though and ensure they are performed in a safe manner. With each of these three care plans, the first thing we do is take a backup of your site’s database and relevant plugins. Then, if there is any issue, the site can be restored to the way it was. With the Complete Care Plan we take this a step further and perform the updates on a cloned copy of your site, check everything thoroughly, then merge the changes to your live site. And, if something minor does go wrong, we will even fix it for you and let you know the details.
