If you were into drum & bass and you lived in Manchester in 2007 – 2009, chances are you will have attended an Oh My God night. The promoters behind the successful nights got in touch with me wanting posters and flyers that fitted with that familiar d&b aesthetic and proudly announced some of the big names they were putting on. It wasn’t all drum & bass though – there was usually a second room playing hip hop and dubstep, where the now legendary Mr Dick Pete Cannon played more than once I believe.
